HOW DO YOU MANAGE STRESS?


How do you manage stress?  Honestly, I manage stress by prayer and meditation as well as reading the Bible all of the time.  I always ask God and Jesus Christ for guidance and direction throughout my life. I want everyone to know that my life right now has changed for the better.   I know that I am a work in progress because I have made a lot of mistakes throughout my life, and I always try to rely on God and Jesus Christ to officially order my steps and guide all of my behavior.  Therefore, I manage stress by praying and asking God for all things.  I want to inform everyone that I usually stay calm and stay out of trouble by not drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana.  I am calm because I do not use any vulgarity whatsoever.  I am the type of person who doesn't like to argue with anyone.  I am also a person who has changed for the better because I like to relax all of the time.  I am a person who rather think before I act anyway.  I would rather stay positive rather than reactive at all times.  It has taken me a very long time to get myself together because I knew that all of my family members and friends worldwide were praying for me and I prayed myself whenever things got worse. I like to ask God and Jesus Christ for guidance and direction all of the time.  Even though my family background was constantly in turmoil, I usually like to go to the park or church just to seek refuge from the physical and mental demands of life itself.  I am the oldest person out of my mother's nine children and I had to endure a lot of stress growing up in the inner city of Dayton Ohio from living inside of an environment that was not conducive towards my personal needs.  I always went over my grandparents house just to seek refuge from the demands of society.  I know that God and Jesus Christ are always watching and listening to me all of the time.  Life is really what you make of it.  The question that I always ask myself is What does God and Jesus Christ meant for me in my life right now?  Lord God what do you want from me?  My grandparents used to always tell me that my feelings matter to God and me personally because I really matter period.  Never give up without trying to do something.  Prayer changes things!  Always tell the truth rather than being deceptive all of the time. Remember that Jesus is with us all of the time.  Always be thankful and truthful all of the time. Always give God and Jesus Christ thanks for everything.  Remember your voice matters to God and Jesus Christ as well as yourself.
