How do you manage stress?  Honestly, I manage stress by prayer and meditation as well as reading the Bible all of the time.  I always ask God and Jesus Christ for guidance and direction throughout my life. If you could go back in time and give your younger self advice, what would it be?  I would go back to 1979 through 1983.  This is the time when I started to rebel against my parents, and I started skipping school simply because I wanted to do what my friends were doing in Dayton, Ohio.   Therefore, I would tell my younger self to go back to school and stop drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana because my actual friends graduated from high school three years earlier, and I really felt bad.  During the year 1983, I should have stayed in Dayton Ohio instead of going to Job Corps in Grand Rapids Michigan because I did the same thing up there by skipping my classes and I continued to drink alcohol as well as smoking marijuana throughout the entire time that I was at the Grand Rapids Michigan Job Corps Center for four months. What is a country that is at the top of your bucket list? The only three places that are on top of my bucket list are as follows: Heaven The International Space Station and Alaska.  These are the three of the most important places to visit. I selected Heaven because I literally want to stay there for the rest of my life. Heaven is not a country, but it is a place where I want to go.  Second is the International Space Station because I would like to stay there forever. Steps ordered by God         Is it true that our steps are ordered by God?  This is a very good question.  The reason why I am asking this question is simply because I am curious.  The following Bible verses will be discussed: Jeremiah 10:23, Proverbs 20:24, Job 34:21, and Job 31:4.  First, I would like to emphasize that God does order our steps.  According to Jeremiah 10:23 says O Lord, I know that the way of man is not in himself: it is not in man that walketh to direct his steps.  This means that it is a Power that is greater than ourselves that is actually helping us.  Second, in the Book of Proverbs in the 20th Chapter and the 24th verse which states that man’s goings are of the Lord, how can a man understand his own way?  This Bible verse is a little bit different.  A man’s goings are the steps that are ordered by God.  How can a man understand his own way?  This is a very good question....

Tell us about your morning routine.  Frankly, I usually wake up in the morning around 4:00 am.  The first thing that I do is pray and thank God and Jesus Christ for allowing me to see another day .  I thank God and Jesus Christ for allowing me to breathe His breath of life, and I usually watch the news and read the Bible . I also take my medication and then go back to sleep until 7:00 am.  Since I am living inside of a nursing home, I eat breakfast at 8:00am.   Afterward I take a shower and then relax for a while before eating lunch at 12:00 pm.  After lunch, I usually catch the bus downtown and go straight to the library for a few hours. I catch the 4:15 pm bus home. I eat dinner at 5:00 pm.  I also relax for a while and go to bed at 8:00 pm.   This is my daily routine at the nursing home. 

Do you know that my testosterone levels dropped 263 points this year?  I went from 399 to 136 within an 8 month period. I am almost out of testosterone inside of my body.  This explains the weight gain and excessive tiredness that I have experienced throughout the year.  I feel very sluggish, and I am still suffering from brain fog.  My energy is depleted right now.  Please continue to pray for me because I had an extremely bad reaction to hormone replacement therapy because it made me manic.  My prostate is still swollen, and I am urinating excessively, and my urine stream is shallow.   My current weight is 315 pounds right now.  My psychotropic medications are the problem right now. 

What is the best way to meet new people while traveling 🤔?  Honestly, the best way to meet new people while traveling is at a church convention or at a revival at church in town.  There are other ways to meet new people, and that is on a cruise ship that is sponsored by a specific pastor or a company of religious people as well as institutions of your choice.  People can meet at a sporting event or at a high school reunion.  I would like to meet my classmates from the University of Toledo class of 1993 & 1995 at a homecoming football game or event that is sponsored by the University of Tole do.  I also would like to meet my classmates from the Paul Laurence Dunbar High School class of 1986 in Dayton Ohio.   I would like for God and Jesus Christ to assist me in resolving all of my active issues that I have with my family members and friends worldwide so that we can live at peace with everyone worldwide 🌐 💜 🙏 ❤️.   I know that I can not...
