What is the definition of Emotional Baggage?         The definition of emotional baggage is the weaknesses, struggles, and failures that bring us down in our personal lives.   Sometimes are weaknesses are known as baggage.   We all have different things that we are going through in our lives.   Some of us are struggling with addiction, death, depression, failure, and divorce for example.           We need to learn how to sort through our personal baggage in a positive manner.   We tend to hide ourselves from our situation.
