What is your favorite exercise?

What is your favorite form of physical exercise?   First, I want to inform everyone that my first form of exercise is walking.   I enjoy walking around the neighborhood because it enables me to improve my stamina.   Another one of my favorite physical exercises is swimming inside of the YMCA Swimming Pool so that I can lose weight on a regular basis.   Second, I want to inform all of you that my second most favorite exercise is playing basketball with my friends at McIntosh Park in Dayton, Ohio.   Also, I love playing football games with my friends & family members at the Football Field at Grace A. Greene Park.   I love playing Board Games at home.   I like to play Checkers & Chess Games whenever I am at the hospital or library.   Third, I want to say that my third most favorite exercise is Games that will improve my memory online.   I really like reading the Bible each day & listen to the radio all of the time.  Someone else is controlling my movements when I am online typing my essays.   This means that I am hacked whenever I am online writing essays on certain websites each day.  Fourth, I really love to attend Church on a regular basis.  Although I have been a patient inside of Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton Ohio getting treated for seizures.   I know that I have to lose weight within a specified period of time.   I have been drinking fluids that were mixed with water.  I have to walk 100 yards to the $8 Bus Stop on certain times during the week.  Even though the Greater Dayton RTA busses run every 35 minutes during the week before 6:30PM.  Fifth, I love to walk to the grocery store at least twice per month.  I am a person who is a 59 year old man who Fears God and Loves God's Creation 🙏 🙌.   I am in poor health right now because I have been suffering from Diabetes and Seizures.   My Fifth most favorite exercise is playing softball at a local park in the Dayton Ohio Area.  I really enjoy listening to the radio from 8:00pm through 11:00pm each day during a five day week.   I have been listening to 93.7 WFCJ in Dayton Ohio.   Sixth, I want to inform everyone that my Sixth most favorite exercise is Card Games such as Chin, Spades, and Poker.   I like playing Uno as well.  On certain days, I like to catch the bus 5 miles to the Crossroads AA Meetings.  My AA Sponsor suggested that I should continue to attend AA Meetings during the week as well as NAMI Meetings on Monday evening at 7:00pm through 8:30PM.   I am a person, who cannot stand up for a long time right now.   Finally, I like to travel inside of a cab because I am disabled right now.   Lord Jesus, please, give me strength both physically and mentally on a daily basis 🙏.  My seventh favorite exercise is sitting at the Park and Library by myself.  Lord Jesus, please, forgive me of all of my sins from my past to present time.   I love you very much Lord Jesus ❤️.   God Bless All of You 🙏 ❤️!  Thank you for reading my essay today 🙏.
