Sinful Nature vs The New Man

The Sinful Nature Vs the New Man           This is an essay concerning the Sinful Nature vs the New Man.  Who do you think will win?  The sinful nature consists of the Old Man Nature.          The reason why I brought this up as a topic is simply because there are some things that I am struggling with as a Christian.  For Instance, I do not use any vulgarity.  I will admit that I am a lonely man right now.  I am not involved in a relationship right now because I was doing things that did not make sense.          Next, I want to say that it is not easy for me to deal with this problem.  I really need everyone to please keep me in your prayers.  The New man is a man that is holy.  The new man is very honest, truthful, considerate, respectful, and Christ-like.  When it comes to the Old Man, it thrives on things that are not of God.          I know that this information does not pertain to the Old and New Man, but it is helpful when it comes to dealing with issues that I am dealing with ri

Spiritual Discernment

What is The Definition of Spiritual Discernment? By: Anthony Joseph Hopkins January 28, 2020 The fundamental definition for Christian discernment is a decision making process in which an individual makes a discovery that can lead to future action. In the process of Christian spiritual discernment God guides the individual to help them arrive at the best decision.  Next, I want to inform all of you that the definition of Spiritual Discernment is separating what is worldly from spiritual.  It is distinguishing the spirit of truth from the spirit of error.  This means that if someone is saying something that does not make sense, please look at the Holy Bible for the answers to all of your questions.  We are supposed to decide what the truth is.  One of the things that I actually do is consult with my personal Savior Jesus Christ about what I have heard to see if it lines up in the Bible.          Further, I want to inform everyone that the Lord Jesus Christ will guide you and lead you in

Bible Verse Lesson

Are We Supposed To Watch Our Mouth and Tongue Daily? By: Anthony Joseph Hopkins    Praise The Lord Everyone!!  How are all of you doing today?  Fine, I hope.  I have a very important question to ask all of you.  Are we supposed to watch our mouth and tongue daily?  The answer to this question is yes.   This is simply because anytime that a person does something without thinking about it in advance is prone to getting into trouble.  I want to inform all of you that I used to have an anger management problem from 1990-2002.  This is simply because I had been diagnosed with a mental illness.  I was the type of person who was officially diagnosed with a mental illness at the age of 32.  I want to inform all of you that my grandmother used to quote this scripture all of the time to me because; I was the person who was very hyperactive as a child.      Next, I want to inform all of you that I grew up in a dysfunctional family household.  I know that I am not supposed to dwell on my past, but

Be Not Oppress Wise in Your Own Opinion

Is It True That We Cannot Be Wise In Your Own Opinions? By: Anthony Joseph Hopkins                        Praise The Lord Everyone!! How are all of you doing today?  Fine, I hope.  I want to inform everyone that I have a very important question to ask all of you.  Is it true that we cannot be wise in our own opinions?  This is a very good question because it makes me think about my life itself.  God is good!! All the Time; God is Good!!  I want to tell everyone that we are supposed to be not wise in our own conceit.  What is the definition of the word conceit?  The  definition of the word conceit is excessive pride in oneself.  Expression in writing or speech; an elaborate metaphor.  The word conceit has a whole lot to do with our sense of pride in ourselves.  To be perfectly honest with you, this is the reason why I have to watch my tone of voice that I use towards others.     Next, I want to inform everyone that I have changed my behavior because I know that know that God is watching

Forgiveness and Reconciliation

Reconciliation and Forgiveness with God, Ourselves and with Others!!           This is a very special essay concerning the importance of reconciliation and forgiveness with God, ourselves, and with others.  The first thing that I want to say is that God has never left us or forsaken us.  Perhaps, we might have forsaken ourselves at times in our personal lives.  I say this because I used to be a person who did not believe anything, unless I see it with my own eyes.  Secondly, God is not mad at you.  He is mad about you.  God wants us in His family.  He really wants us in heaven with Him.            Further, God forgives us because He loved us.  Forgiveness does not equal reconciliation.  Reconciliation takes two people.  For instance, our relationship with God is very important to us.  God’s love is supernatural.  Forgiveness opens the door to reconciliation.  God’s love will always persevere.  Our conversations with others with God requires change on our part.  He have to be totally

Your Faith Has Made You Well

Your Faith had made you well!!  By Anthony Joseph Hopkins January 19, 2022        Good Day Everyone!!  Daughter, your faith had made you well.  I want to inform everyone that I suffer from a mental illness as well as Breakthrough Seizures.  The mental illness that I suffer from is called Schizoid Affective Disorder.  I know that there was a young lady who was bleeding for the past 12 years.    She said to herself; If I can only touch his clothes or garment, I will be healed.  She touched his clothes, and she was healed.  Jesus feeling that power had been diminished from Him said who touched me?  The disciples stated that there are too many people inside of the building to say that his power had been lifted from Him.  He said again; who touched me?  Then the young lady came to Him.  He said to her Daughter, your faith has made you well.  The 3 Gospels that are inside of the New Testament say three different things.  I frankly have a disease that I have to receive treatment for the rest
